TuCK, which stands for Tuam Street Cloud Kitchens, comprises 20 private commercial kitchens, two day kitchens, a drivers lounge, plus offices and meeting rooms.

TuCK, located in the Christchurch suburb of Phillipstown, was established by the same team behind the popular Riverside Market and Little High Eatery. Meeting a growing demand for commercial kitchen space, this vibrant community is the perfect home for eateries or food producers looking better accommodate takeaway and delivery services, or extend their prep space.

TuCK moved under The Kitchen Collective umbrella in early 2022.

Private Kitchens

Our private kitchens, ranging from 14m2 - 300m2, are spaces to make your own. They are designed to allow restaurants and food producers to expand with minimal cost, whilst still being part of our collaborative community. Bring in your own specialised kitchen equipment and store goods onsite within your own private, 24/7 access space.

Day Kitchens

Our most flexible option, day kitchens are the perfect place to start scaling up. Bakers Mate and Kitchen Express are available on a shift basis at a minimum of four hours per booking. Each comes with key commercial kitchen equipment, pots, pans, knives and bowls, plus specialised gear as listed below. Additional equipment can be arranged on request.
